This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Omnicasa Software Solutions ("Omnicasa", "we", "us", or "our") for the Omnicasa Outlook Add-in software product, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation ("Software").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant

Omnicasa grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You may install and use the Software on a device that you own or control and which meets the specifications referred to in the documentation.

2. Restrictions

You may not: a) Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software; b) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; c) Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software; d) Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

3. Ownership

The Software is owned and copyrighted by Omnicasa Software Solutions. Your license confers no title or ownership in the Software and is not a sale of any rights in the Software.

4. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from Omnicasa if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination of the license, you shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Omnicasa does not warrant that the functions contained in the Software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Omnicasa be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.

7. Privacy

Use of the Software may require the processing of personal data. By using the Software, you agree to Omnicasa's Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Omnicasa relating to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals, and representations with respect to the Software or any other subject matter covered by this Agreement.

By using the Omnicasa Outlook Add-in, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
